Resilience, Recovery and Reputation: The Three R’s for the Public Services

Friday 12 September 2014, Kendal

With the next General Election on the horizon, the challenges for the public services are not going away. Continued financial constraint, high profile organisational failures, and increasing levels of public and media scrutiny all contribute to an ever more demanding operating environment.

Come and join CIPFA in the North West in Kendal on 12th September 2014 as we consider the need for personal and organisational resilience (and how to get it), how to plan and deliver recovery, and the need to protect reputation.
