Students from the CIPFA Education and Training Centre have, once again, performed exceptionally in the June 2011 CIPFA Professional Qualification examinations.

Pass rates achieved by students attending the courses were higher in every CIPFA module than the pass rates achieved by students using other study routes.

The overall pass rate for the CIPFA Education and Training Centre main courses was 86%, compared to the overall pass rate of 61% for other groups of students.

Particularly impressive were the Centre’s results for Financial and Performance Reporting for which 91% passed, compared with 46% for other groups of students, the Financeand Management Case Study 90% compared to 58%, Financial Reporting 92% compared to 55%, Leadership and Management:87% compared to 64%, Financial Management Systems and Techniques 80% compared to 51%, Governance and Public Policy 87% compared to 67%, Accounting for Decision Making 88% compared to 61%, Strategic Business Management 86% compared to 64% and Taxation 95% compared to 75%.
