David is a chartered building surveyor, chartered building engineer, registered access auditor and a fire risk assessor. David joined CIPFA is 1999 and has been responsible for the property division since 2003.
Biography:
David is responsible for the overall management and direction of CIPFA’s property offering, which includes surveys, software, networks and consultancy. David is an expert in high volume stock condition surveys. David’s background is both within the public and private sectors.
In his spare time, David is chairman of the Western Equestrian Society and is a keen horseman with three horses of his own. He is also an accredited western equestrian judge.
