Conference Rooms

Whether you are holding a board meeting or a training course for a week, one of the seven conference rooms at CIPFA is sure to anticipate your every need.  Each conference room can be used for a variety of events and venues with different layouts offering splendour as well as flexibility.

All our conference rooms are equipped with:

Equipment hire is included in the room rate.

Should you require video conferencing, conference telephones, or additional flipcharts for your meeting, these can be provided.

Conference Room - up to 60 delegates (2ft x 21ft)
Ground Floor

This air-conditioned room is ideal for seminars and lectures.  The Conference Room is a modern-looking room but the beautiful and original Adam style fireplace and ceiling give an elegant touch, which means it can also be used for more formal board and committee meetings.

Council Chamber - up to 60 delegates (32ft x 27ft)
1st Floor

They say first impressions last and this can truly be said for the Council Chamber. You will find this room on the first floor and you will be struck by the sheer elegance. It lends itself very well to board meetings, training events and is particularly appropriate for formal dinners.

Committee Room 4 - up to 60 delegates (29ft x 25ft)
4th Floor

Room 4 is the jewel of No.3 Robert Street.  This beautiful light, and airy room is situated on the 4th floor with an amazing view overlooking the Thames.  This is the room to be believed where Sir James Barrie wrote Peter Pan.

 

 

 

 


Committee 210- up to 8 delegates (14ft x 13ft)
2nd Floor

Room 210 is situated on the 2nd Floor, this smaller room would be ideal for a breakout room or interviews. The room is set up in a Boardroom Style with Audio Visual Equipment on hand.


Committee Room 113 – up to 12 delegates (19ft x 17ft)
1st Floor

Room 113 is a light and airy room on the 1st Floor, ideal for smaller Boardroom Meetings.  This room is licensed for Video conferencing.


Committee Room GO9 – up to 12 delegates (15ft x16ft)
Ground Floor

Room G09 is situated on the first floor. The room is light with large windows and natural daylight, and ideal for boardroom meetings.

Mezzanine Floor

Our smallest room situated on the Mezzanine level. This is ideal for use as a breakout room or to hold interviews, brainstorming sessions, and smaller meetings.
