Print‘Open’ meetings of the Institute Council
Institute Council meetings are, with effect from 2 April 2009, open to Members, members of the public and the press
The seating capacity of the Council Chamber at Robert Street is very limited; those wishing to attend meetings must advise the Council Secretary at least one week before the date of the meeting, so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Council meetings will be held, if considered appropriate, in two sessions. The first half of the meeting will be held in ‘Open Session’, and its agenda will be posted on this page of the website approximately two calendar weeks before the meeting; the second half of the meeting will be a ‘Closed Session’ during which matters which are considered confidential and commercially sensitive will be debated. Non-Council members will be asked to leave the Chamber before the commencement of the Closed Session.
The minutes of the Open Session will be posted on this page of the website as soon as they have been approved by the Chair.
