This approach to recruiting and nurturing the next generation of fianance talent provides a hassle-free and cost-effective solution for any organisation that wishes to demonstrate its commitment to developing young people across local communities.

  • You'll have an apprentice with you, learning on the job four days a week, whilst studying the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 4 Diploma one day a week.
  • You pay a one-off fee and we'll manage the whole 12-month programme for you, which covers recruitment, interview and selection, HR, payroll and training.
  • The apprentice will be supported by a comprehensive skills development framework – this will include a tailored training programme to meet your organisation’s business objectives.
  • At the end of the programme, you decide whether you want to keep them on as an employee – at no extra cost.
  • Your participation in the scheme is central in training young people in your community to start their career in public finance.
