The need for organisations to have staff with appropriate procurement skills has never been greater. CIPFA Northern Ireland has developed this practical procurement skills training programme dedicated to the needs of the the public sector. The programme is underpinned by essential procurement principles and models that will equip staff and their organisations for current and future challenges. The certificate will commence on 21 October 2010.
