Next Council Meeting - Friday January 29th
The next meeting will be held in WTU001 in the Business Centre (also known as the Tucker Building) at the Warrington Campus, University of Chester, from 1pm (lunch) meeting commencing at1.30pm.

Mike Owen - Society President:
Mike Owen, Director of Finance at Bury MBC was installed as the new President of the Society at the Annual General Meeting held in Bury on the 27th March 2009. Mike has been a long serving member of the region and is cuurently Chair of the Board for the Regions. He has previously held the post of Regional Representative on the CIPFA Council. At the AGM, Mike said that he was looking forward to a challenging year especially with the CIPFA Conference being held in the North West.
