Senior Management Group

The Senior Management Group (SMG) meets around four times a year to discuss relevant and topical issues in the Public Sector. The Group is all about offering opportunities for informal networking, learning and development. Although the membership is aimed at senior managers the group is open to all, working in either public or private sector organisations, and we are keen to welcome the future stars of public sector finance.

Given the challenging times facing us and the increasing need to work collaboratively, our Chairman has posed the question ……..

“R We M.A.D” (making a difference) both as organisations and individuals?

We will be taking this as the underlying theme for the coming year and inviting a range of speakers to share their experiences and prompt us into thinking just a little differently as we go about our day to day business.

If you would like further information on the SMG please contact:

The Honorary Secretary, Dick Kerfoot on 0845 053 0000 or at Dick.Kerfoot@lancashire.gov.uk
