Retired Members
There are now about 900 retired members in the South East. The growth in the activities arranged for retired members is now recognised by the approval at a previous AGM of a seat for a retired member on the CIPFA South East Council.

Events
The most recent event for retired members event took place on Wednesday 15th October at The London Fire Brigade Museum in Southwark. The tour included the History of Firefighting in the capital from the Great Fire of London in 1666, through the Victorian era, World War 2, and Kings Cross up and including the present day.
