Volunteers
There are CSE members involved in many areas of CIPFA's work from helping at events, be it regional or national, to becoming elected Members of the Institute Council and its Committee - they are all volunteers.
You can get involved in a one-off project or provide more regular commitment by taking on a role on a Regional committee; arrange or assist in organising a course or seminar, assist with developments such as the newletter or the website. These various types of involvement all add to a member's CPD portfolio and help them with their personal development and career prospects. Click the image on the left to access the latest CIPFA Volunteer Brochure.
There are a number of projects CSE deals with which already have leaders but they would warmly welcome additional assistance in the organisation and planning of these projects. The list below outlines some of those projects.
So if you are interested why not complete the following questionnaire and email it to our Volunteers Co-ordinator, Mark Allen. He will then pass your details to the appropriate project leader who will then contact you to discuss your area of interest in more detail. Alternatively, visit the Volunteers website at www.cipfa.org.uk/volunteers
