CIPFA Bristol

Bristol and the surrounding area is home to a significant number of public sector organisations, including four unitary authorities, a government regional office, six primary care trusts, one strategic health authority, seven NHS trusts, eleven central government bodies and agencies, four universities and a plethora of further education colleges.

Event Highlights

70 local CIPFA members joined Steve Freer in Bristol on the 18th April 2007 whilst he spoke about 'The Role of Finance in Quality Improvement'. The Audit Commission's Louise Rickitt discussed 'Achieving Value for Money and Efficiency in the Public Sector' Click here for more details about the event.
