With the growing number of alternative service delivery vehicles being set up by public bodies, organisations need to keep abreast of new legal obligations. One such new requirement that is applicable from 6 April 2016 is for all unlisted UK companies (including dormant companies) and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) to keep a statutory register of the people who have significant control over them.
