The Institute of Risk Management (IRM) has published a briefing on risk culture, including Risk Culture – resources for practitioners and Risk Culture Under the Microscope – Guidance for Boards.

  1. Risk Culture Under the Microscope – Guidance for Boards  includes a list of key questions and a summary of the principles.
  2. Risk Culture – resources for practitioners explains the research and findings of IRM's the project to provide a practical guide and diagnostic tools and techniques for addressing the cultural issues involved in implementing enterprise risk management, and case studies.  It aims to support the implementation of effective risk management with a recognition of the impact of different organisational cultures on the management of risk. It also includes the Risk Culture Aspects Model, including a scorecard that can be used for self-assessment.
