update of school forum regulations

The Department for Education (DfE) have published an update to the Schools Forums Regulations 2012.  This update incorporates the amendments to these regulations that were contained in the School and Early Years Finance (England) Regulations 2012 and 2013, specifically relating to how schools forums takes decisions on de-delegation, the requirement to elect a member of providers of 16-19 education to schools forum and the removal of the requirement to have a member from the 14-19 partnership.

An updated advice note on the schools forum regulations has been published too, which also reflects these changes.
