Public health funding analysis a virtual rather than a vicious circle


The attached paper suggests that the quantum of funding for those programmes which local authorities will run - should be closer to £3bn rather than £2bn – given the scope for this investment to make the most of all that the Marmot Review recommended to improve the quality of many peoples lives - and - save many billions of future spending across the whole economy.
