Steve Partridge, CPFA, is a director at Savills Housing Consultancy. Steve is a senior leader and highly regarded national expert in housing finance with over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors of business planning, investment appraisal, financing and the development of new homes. Steve specialises in working with housing providers to build their financial capacity, to assess options for, and then implement the delivery of new and better housing.
Ken is chair of CIPFA's Housing Panel, commenting on and influencing government housing policy. His housing experience ranges from rent collection to managing the HRA. He’s been housing finance advisor to the Association of District Councils, the Society of District Council Treasurers, and the LGA. He led CIPFA’s work on refinancing and is trying to ensure that CIPFA remains influential on all housing matters such as assisting thinking on high value asset sales and pay to stay. He is also a board member at the leading ALMO Stockport Homes.
Sheldon has 16 years' local government experience, including principal benefits officer at Sheffield City Council, where he managed the service and implemented major changes to the council's benefits administration. He joined the CIPFA Benefits and Revenues Service (CBRS) in 2003 and has trained and advised members of the team on all aspects of benefits legislation and local authority benefits service administration, focusing on the changes required as a result of successive government welfare reform policies and change programmes.
Head of Networks
Cliff is a qualified CIPFA accountant and shared service practitioner. He is CIPFA's head of networks, representing the Institute and shaping policy voice, position statements and speaking at events on local government and transformation issues. Cliff has also worked for 20 years in local government.
