Public sector organisations (in particular local government) are increasingly looking at alternative delivery models to deliver vital services. Continuing budget squeeze, as well as increasing demand for services from citizens, the rising devolution agenda and the need for innovation will require organisations to take a serious look at what/ how services are delivered and consider who is best placed to provide those services.
