This event reviewed the issues arising from the audit of the 2012/13 pension fund accounts and looked forward to a number of technical changes expected over the next year which are likely to impact on financial reporting by local authority pension funds.
There was also a panel debate chaired by Peter Worth – with representatives of Grant Thornton and KPMG – covering a range of topics and questions, which have been summarised in the following document.
