The Coalition's fifth annual budget was presented on the 19th March and deemed to be a budget for savers, pensioners and business. This briefing looks at the post budget comments and thoughts. In particular it looks at whether the 'giveaways' are fully funded, and what assumptions have been made as to future revenue streams to meet the Chancellor's fiscal targets.
It also looks at the impact for the public sector, or more years of austerity.
