Summary of meeting held at CIPFA on 26 February 2015
On 26 February, CIPFA hosted a roundtable on the potential financial and governance issues for the integration or collaboration of the three emergency services. Rob Whiteman, Chief Executive, CIPFA, opened the roundtable and chaired the start of the discussion. Bill Wilkinson, Chair of CIPFA’s Police Panel then chaired the remainder of the discussion. Below is a summary of the meeting which raised a number of themes.
