Part two of the Winsor Review was published today. It has been published in two volumes, with 121 recommendations.
Volume one covers future challenges, the employment framework, entry routes for police officers, promotion for officers, health and fitness, managing the officer workforce.
Volume two covers basic pay X-factor and regional pay, contribution-related pay, role and skill based pay, negotiating machinery (for officer and staff pay) and conclusions.
