A progress report, produced by the Cabinet Office, looking at their Supplier Feedback Service which invites small businesses to become a ‘mystery shopper’ in order to raise concerns about public procurement practice and processes in a structured manner. This can be done on an anonymous basis in order that concerns can be raised without suppliers feeling they may jeopardise their ongoing commercial relationships.
