delivering future public services

This practical workshop, part of a series held in June and July 2013, considered:

  •  How to respond to deep rooted social problems that persist in communities across the country by developing new approaches and models for collaboration and partnership working with people and communities – thus resulting in better and positive outcomes.
  • Addressing internal defects in the current delivery of public services and maximising scarce resources by utilising all available resources.
  • Practical tips on creating a level playing field and ensuring ‘competitive neutrality’, between different providers and models.
