Leverage the value of your public estate

Scotland Benchmarking Group

The Scottish Property Benchmarking group is one of the success stories of local authorities working together to achieve a common goal.

The group has now been meeting since March 2007 when eight councils began to work together and it now has representatives from 22 Scottish organisations; the group meets three times a year (usually in Perth) and has a common goal to deliver a more efficient and effective property estate. The meetings provide a forum to share and highlight examples of best practice and how to improve performance.
