A collaboration between local authorities working towards a common goal
The group is facilitated by CIPFA Property and has been meeting since March 2007, when eight councils began to work together. It now has representatives from 21 Scottish organisations, with an open invitation to members of ACES Scotland Asset Management Group to participate. The group has a common goal of delivering a more efficient and effective property estate. Members can input their data into a benchmarking system hosted by CIPFA.
We meet three times a year in webinar format, where members receive updates on data and are given a chance to share asset management practices.
