The survey team was formed over 15 years ago to assist clients in carrying out large volume condition survey contracts in order to form a five-year profile of need.

In order to gain consistency across a contract we utilise the AssetManager.NET software; this enables data to be downloaded from the hand-held into the computer and from which various reports can be run per building or across the whole property portfolio.

To date the team have carried out over 100,000 condition surveys for Police, fire, health, local authorities and also the private sector. Buildings surveyed range broadly and include Police stations, schools, hospitals, museums, cemeteries and parks, etc.

All our surveyors are long-term staff being either qualified building surveyors, or have many years' experience with CIPFA Property in carrying out various survey contracts for a broad range of clients. All staff receive full training prior to undertaking their training surveys; they then receive further guidance and training throughout their employment.
