In the unlikely event of non-receipt of confirmation, this will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation or non-payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend all of the modules in the cohort you have signed up for, and complete all modules, project and portfolio with the timescales advised at the launch. CIPFA will not be held responsible if you are unable to complete all aspects of the certificated course within the cohort timescale.

2.3 Transfer

Transfer to a future cohort will incur a deferment fee of approximately £200 plus VAT and will be dependent upon both availability, viability and course costs. CIPFA cannot guarantee future delivery of any course.

Dependent on availability, provision may be made for delegates to attend module(s) at another UK CIPFA Centre. In this case a nominal fee will be payable to cover incurred expenditure such as delegate venue costs. All additional expenses relating to attendance at another location will be your responsibility.

All course materials will be emailed one week prior to the delivery of the module. It is the responsibility of the candidate to print any course materials in advance of the module and to bring with them on the day. CIPFA will not provide any additional copies on the day. CIPFA will not be responsible for incorrect email addresses and candidates must ensure that they provide the correct email address when submitting their booking form for attendance on the certificate.

2.5 Payment

If sending payment prior to the event, please state if you require a VAT receipt. Cheques should be made payable to CIPFA and sent to the office address stated below. 2.6 Invoice requests

Please note that your invoice for the event will be sent out prior to the course taking place. Please ensure that you adhere to the payment terms as stated on the invoice.

2.7 Cancellation
