If you work on developing or reviewing business cases, HM Treasury is recommending that you are accredited on the Better Business Cases programme, which has been jointly developed by HM Treasury and the Welsh Government.

Speaker - Alasdair Robertson, efficiency, change and improvement expert

Alisdair Robertson

Alasdair has nearly 20 years' experience in efficiency, change and improvement work. In that time he has been an improvement and development agency managing consultant leading improvement teams in councils across the country. He is an advisor to a number of public sector organisations and has undertaken analytical work for the NHS, police, local authorities, central government and multi-national organisations, most notably through the application of advanced simulation tools. Alasdair is a regular contributor at conferences and best practice workshops and is an associate tutor for the Canterbury Christchurch University postgraduate programme in shared services and teaches on business cases. He is also an associate of the Operations Research Society, a fellow of the Academy of Shared Services and a recognised leading analytics consultant.
