About this event

This event provides an excellent opportunity for the regional members to make themselves acquainted with the Regional Annual Report and Accounts. All regional members and students are welcome to attend. 

The event will start with the presidential address and will continue with the presentations from highly regarded public finance professionals that will give their insights into very relevant subjects that should be of an interest to CIPFA members.

09:30 - 10:00 Arrival and morning refreshments.

10:00 - 10:30 CIPFA North West President Mike Thomas presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts.

10:30 - 13:10 Presentations from CIPFA Junior Vice President Carolyn Williamson, Mazars UK Vincent Rezzouk-Hammachi, GMCA Deputy Chief Executive Andrew Lightfoot and Doncaster Children's Services Trust Director of Finance Lee Yale-Helms.

13:10 - 14:00 Lunch - stay for a bite to eat and a friendly chat with the council's volunteers, invited speakers and fellow members. CIPFA NW would like to hear from the region's members on what events, subjects or speakers could benefit your professional development in 2018.
