About this event

Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) recently issued a consultation document on the Force Management Statement Template, which closes on 22 December.

These two events, within the consultation period, are aimed at identifying how we can dovetail the FMS with the chief constable’s AGS, while also identifying any issues for the PCC’s AGS. How can we get the best out of the new arrangements? What are the issues for finance departments? How can we resolve them?

There will be an opportunity for delegates to share ideas with those from other forces and we will feed back to HMICFRS on finance and governance issues raised at the events and possible solutions.
