About this event

Setting up a local authority trading company is a popular alternative service delivery model. However, local authorities are venturing into areas which they may lack knowledge and expertise, in particular in the areas of legal and statutory framework governing companies. This event is developed specially for LATC board members, non-executive directors, and those newly appointed or considering the post of company secretary, to equip them with the essential knowledge to succeed in this challenging.
