About this event

Property related services within public sector organisations can cover a wide area of approaches and responsibilities. We are constantly being asked to conduct reviews of these services and challenge whether they offer ‘value for money’.

So, is your organisation healthy and fit for purpose within the current environment, or are you uncertain about what the future holds with senior managers constantly questioning your service delivery cost and performance?

As always it’s not an exact science, but if you are involved in management and/or performance measurement of property services then this event is for you.

Using a combination of presentations and exercises to tease out some of the key issues and we will give delegates a better understanding of how ‘vfm’ can be measured and perceived.

Finally we will move on to look at developing a performance framework in order to manage this area more effectively and demonstrate to others that your services are really providing value for money.
