About this event

We make choices all the time in our personal and professional lives. But how often do we make decisions without giving them a second thought because we view them as unimportant, or we are comfortable in what we choose?

However, when there is public money at risk, many different stakeholders who have different viewpoints, a major project to decide on, or even the future of a service at stake, we must make sure our decisions are made using a robust process and that we have the right tools to make such choices now and for the future.

Delegates should leave the day feeling more confident about how to organise and manage an option appraisal exercise in a variety of scenarios.
