I would like to hear from any Local Authority who has contracted with an external insolvency practitioner / solicitors firm, to carry out collection of Council Tax and Business Rates via bankruptcy and liquidation, charging order and enforced sale and if so :
a) whether you were able to call off a framework agreement and if so which one,
b) if you went through a competitive procurement exercise and which companies put in bids for the tender
c) Interested to hear about how successful you think it has been in terms of costs v income generation.
