Meet your advisor
Mark Williams
Mark leads the service as network advisor, supported by a team of specialists. He will provide you with expert advice on different models for collaboration, legal structures, shared services, public/private sector accounting, setting up trading companies, commercialisation and innovation of services and contract management. Mark is a qualified accountant, with many years of commercial and project management experience in setting up, managing, amending and exiting a variety of entity based and contract based delivery arrangements.
