As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the Chief Executive as a member of the senior management team, providing financial leadership and driving efficiency and sustainability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on financial strategy, while driving a responsive and effective finance function for the charity that enables good governance and informed planning.
Key features of the role:
- Using your financial skills and expertise to contribute to positive social change.
- Leading and developing a finance team.
- Working closely with non-financial managers to support effective budget planning, management, forecasting and reporting.
- Senior responsibility for IT and premises.
- Organisational strategy and leadership as part of senior management team.
