The CIPFA Accredited Counter Fraud Technician (ACFTech) is a comprehensive introduction to counter fraud, which examines the impact of fraud in the UK, fraud awareness, how to gather evidence and how to obtain information without prejudicing any later investigation.

About this event

The CIPFA ACFTech course is delivered remotely. It refers specifically to UK legislation and sources of law. Five workshops will be held in our virtual classroom, and you are required to complete pre- and on-course self-directed learning, a knowledge test and a post-course assignment.

You will be provided a link to join each workshop online. Your trainer will be there to greet you and the other delegates, and we aim to deliver just as we would if everyone was together in a physical training room. For best results we recommend the use of webcams. Your trainer will be available throughout the programme to provide support.
