Leaders working within public sector finance functions require not only comprehensive knowledge of technical aspects of finance and accountancy, but also an ability to get the best from those they manage or work alongside.
This highly practical training course been designed to support the development of excellent leadership practices within public sector finance functions. It comprises four days of classroom learning and is completed over approximately five weeks.
The classroom learning is delivered online via virtual classrooms. You will be provided a link to join each workshop online. Our trainer will be there to greet you and the other delegates, and we aim to deliver just as we would if everyone was together in a physical training room. For best results we recommend the use of webcams.
This programme carries 28 CPD hours.
Keith is a senior business executive with experience across numerous sectors including retail, financial services, healthcare, banking, utilities, manufacturing, outsourcing and SME. Keith is experienced in working on organisational transformation and qualified in change management psychology, which enables leaders to drive transformation in their business.
After starting out in retail Keith joined the financial services sector, where he held several positions in sales management before realising his passion for people development in a national field training role.
This led to him joining a major player in the UK healthcare sector in 2001, working initially in the sales function before developing his career in HR. This entailed leading teams across the UK and internationally to deliver leadership development, talent management, mentoring, coaching, employee engagement and learning and development strategic interventions.He now works exclusively in the leadership coaching and development arena, focused on people development interventions built around his coaching practice.
He operates in multiple cultures, including the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
