We will examine the impact on members and administration, delving into the areas of work required to implement the changes (data collection, benefits review/rectification for leavers, member communication, changes to ongoing administration, systems changes) along with programme management, governance and funding and accounting issues. You will also have the opportunity to ask our experts questions on McCloud in a Q&A session.
The aim of this session will be to enable attendees to start planning their McCloud implementation programme and understand the implications in better detail.
The changes present a significant challenge to funds and to employers, not least of which will be a major data collection exercise to enable the final salary under-pin to be calculated.
