About this event

The course will be using a commercial planning/review worksheet to help delegates think through their commercial vision and the strategies and resource allocations necessary to achieve them. It also covers the need for revised risk, governance and policies to ensure that the entities operating commercially are sufficiently agile to be successful.

Brendan is a senior leadership and professional consultant for CIPFA consultancy and training. He leads CIPFA’s CFO Leadership Academy in the UK and for the Government of Canada.
