This event introduces the Financial Management Code combining both a strategic and organisational view with more practical elements. It provides delegates with an understanding of the higher level impact and ambition created by the FM Code and expands with more practical sessions which take an in depth look at specific elements. Delegates will be able to think about implementation in practice and discuss thoughts and ideas with peers.
With the FM Code having a shadow first year this is the ideal event for those that may have responsibility for implementation.
