Who should attend?

The programme is aimed primarily at local authority accountants who are new to the local authority capital planning and accounting agenda, or who would like to refresh their knowledge in this ever-changing technical area of local authority accounting.
The workshop will also benefit local authority finance staff wishing to understand the broader considerations in relation to capital projects and related budgeting and planning.
