About this event

The tax position of off payroll workers is an area of specific focus for the tax authorities and the rules governing this are changing rapidly. Legislation introduced in April 2017 has increased the responsibilities and risks of engaging with off payroll workers and anyone responsible for engaging staff should be aware of the challenges that this can create and the potentially significant costs of getting things wrong.

This event will explore the changing tax environment and provide practical steps to navigate the complexity and establish appropriate procedures for engaging with workers. Expert employment tax specialists will provide insight into the new best practice and explore risk areas based on a wealth of experience in the sector.

He is an expert on the European Public Procurement Rules and has written extensively on this topic as well as developed widely used practitioner toolkits.
