IR35 tax changes 'already having huge impact on public sector'

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has reported that contractors are shunning work or demanding 20% pay increases following recent changes to IR35 legislation. ICT contractors in particular have been reported as boycotting the public sector.
