There are around 900 retired CIPFA members in the South East.

A retired member now has a seat on the CIPFA South East Council, which reflects the growth in the activities arranged for retired members.

Invigilation panels

For many years CIPFA has relied upon panels of retired members organised by Dick Coppard and Arthur Boulter to assist with invigilating at the CIPFA mock and real exams at various centres throughout the UK.

All invigilation arrangements are now made at CIPFA Education and Training Centre

Retired members was a tour of the Olympic Park in October 2011.

Dr Hedley Marshall CBE Memorial Award
