Harriot Winfield - President
Job title: GMTS Finance Trainee

I'm currently studying towards sitting the Case Study and Strategic Public Finance in December. I decided to volunteer for the CSN because I'm passionate about connecting CIPFA students across the world and ensuring this is used to improve student outcomes. Fun fact: I've climbed Kilimanjaro!"
Morgan McIntosh – Vice President
Job title: Finance Manager Children's & Family Services
Organisation: London Borough of Barnet
Region: South East
I joined CIPFA in 2020. A senior manager asked me to attend the CIPFA Student Network and I felt obliged to attend. It was OK but I felt we could achieve more, reach more students and have more events.
This led to me becoming the President of CIPFA SE where I delivered Excel and PowerBI courses, a boat trip, pub quiz and a trip to Africa. I'm hoping to help increase the offering to the National Student Network.

"I am on the CIPFA Apprenticeship Level 7 pathway and have completed the AAT qualification. I have 2 degrees B.Sc in Architecture and M.Sc in Management Information Systems. I am the oldest of 9 and a father of 2 (a boy and a girl). My youngest (daughter) has achondroplasia which is the most common form of dwarfism."
Amy Bowden- Communications Officer
Job title: Trainee Accountant. I've worked in Adult Social Care Finance and Strategic Finance.

"I'm studying towards BPFM and DSDA at the moment, so I'm around a third of the way through the PAQ. I decided to volunteer for the CSN after having really enjoyed some of the CIPFA regional events and wanting to connect even more students with one another. When I’m not studying for exams or at work, you’ll most likely find me training for a half marathon."

"I am currently in my second year of CIPFA studying DSDA and BPFM. I have recently started with CSN as the Regional Officer, which means I will be the main point of contact for regional student networks. If I’m not studying or at work, you’ll probably find me singing with one of my three choirs!"
Lin Liu – Past President
Job title: Team Leader for Children's & Public Health (Management Accountant)

"I joined CIPFA in 2018. Since then, I have been an active CIPFA volunteer starting on the CIPFA NE Executive Committee. I then volunteered as CIPFA NE secretary for over two years. I won the David Clark Award 2021-2022 at the CIPFA National Autumn Forum 2021/ CIPFA NE Annual Conference 2021. This award recognises outstanding contribution to CIPFA in the North East and supporting fellow students with their study and career development. During that period, I also joined CIPFA national student network, connecting the regional student network to the central. I was the CIPFA trainee coordinator in workplace, supporting trainees with their CIPFA progress. I am currently serving on the CIPFA council board."
