Developed by CIPFA, this three-day course and exam ensures that participants gain a thorough understanding of the complete open book process.
Open book processes can be an effective mechanism for generating cost savings and improving value for money – if it is well understood and effectively implemented.
This course will benefit all client and contact partner staff who wish to develop and improve their practical understanding of the open book process tools and techniques which support target contracts and successful project delivery.

CIPFA’s three-day accredited programme is jointly accredited with CIMA with the initial training delivered over two days, followed later with the third day including the examination. The training is delivered in association with our training partner for Open Book Processes, Stradia Ltd.
