Responding to COVID-19: insight, support and guidance


CIPFA Education and Training Centre places great emphasis on developing and maintaining relationships with CIPFA employers. The management team are responsible for ensuring the proactive management of these relationships, with a view to ensuring that sponsors of students enrolling for tuition from CETC are highly satisfied with the quality of service provided.

We regularly consult with organisations to ensure we are continuing to provide the quality, service and tuition expected. Employers can have full confidence that we will keep them fully informed about their employees' progress through out their studies.

We provide employers with:

  • formal feedback reports after each assessment
  • access to senior CIPFA education and training staff at meetings where employers are consulted and informed about our future plans and discuss the previous semester's courses, including exam results
  • course coverage that meets the organisation's training needs
  • a high-quality service – employers can be secure in the knowledge their staff will be receiving the best training available
  • the opportunity for bespoke tuition programmes to meet the particular needs of an organisation or a group of organisations

Employer forums

We hold regular, quarterly meetings for employers with students who are studying with CIPFA. The meetings are an opportunity to hear from the CIPFA team on key developments, to raise any questions you may have and to hear from other employers.
