About this event

While large projects often have dedicated and qualified project managers, many managers find themselves with responsibility for lots of small projects and initiatives.

The Managing Small Projects e-learning is aimed at managers who are new to project management and who find themselves managing small projects.

By the end of the e-learning, you will be able to:

  • Differentiate between what is and what is not a project.
  • Identify the attributes of good and bad project management.
  • Describe a high-level overview of project framework creation, project life cycle, processes and documentation.
  • Describe a high-level overview of managing the project and closing the project.

The e-learning is delivered online via CIPFA’s online learning environment. Detailed joining instructions will be sent to you. The e-learning will take around four hours to complete, and you will have access to the learning materials for three months.
