Comptroller and Auditor General Update

As the new C&AG for the Northern Ireland Audit Office, Dorinna brings a wide range of experience to the post from her time in the Audit Office to her experience in local government. This session will provide an outline of the priorities for the new C&AG and an oversight into the key areas for focus over the coming period for finance professional across government and the wider public sector.

16.25: Learning Lessons from the Pandemic and Crisis Management

The Minister for Health position in the Northern Ireland Executive is arguably the most challenging post in the Executive in normal times. Robin has been in that post during the most challenging of times through the period of the pandemic. In this session, Robin will reflect on the lessons to be learnt from steering the department through a period of a national public health emergency.
